William aims to make the real estate buying and selling process a unique experience every step of the way. From initial pre-buy/pre-sell assessment meetings on through to settlement he is able to provide some of the highest levels of service found in the real estate industry.

His goal is not to talk about how many transactions he completes each month and he knows that each client he works with is unique. By being easily accessible to them to answer any questions that they may have he truly provides the ultimate real estate experience for every one of his clients.

William began his career in the management consulting industry, offering advice to clients such as Meridian Medical Technologies, Chemetall Oakite, Amtico International, Quintiles Transnational, and Answerthink.  His experiences working with Fortune 1000 clients across a broad range of industries identifying and resolving complex issues provided him with the background needed to bring a higher level of service to the real estate industry.

With experiences ranging from working with clients at the local level in Maryland all the way through to the international level William has a thorough knowledge of the real estate industry on a global scale.   A recent development he has been working on in the Trump Farallon Estates at Cap Cana located in the Dominican Republic was covered on national television news and even featured in the exclusive Robb Report Collection magazine.

Within the State of Maryland, his industry expertise was recently featured in the September/October 2010 issue of Personal Real Estate Investor magazine.  His comments on the real estate market within Howard County have been well received and help shine the light on all of the great things on the horizon for this market.

William (Bill) Ganz completed his graduate studies at Loyola College in Maryland where he obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA). Bill's undergraduate studies were completed at Shenandoah University, located in Winchester, Virginia where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA).

He also understands the importance of giving something back to the communities in which we live and work. Some of his community outreach efforts include working on projects with various community agencies such as Our House, The Columbia Association, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and The United Way.

When he’s not pursuing real estate, William enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and their retired racing Greyhound, Mako.  A former collegiate baseball pitcher, he placed third in the nation in strikeouts per nine innings during his senior year. Never one to shy away from risk and adventure, he personally captained his first boat during a three-week nautical journey from the Gulf Coast of Florida to the Chesapeake Bay of Maryland in 2007.
